Information about your stay

On your arrival in Zermatt, our concierge will drive you to the hotel in our electric car. We would ask you to call us before arrival.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in is possible at any time after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests should check out by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Room service for dinner
Room service is available from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Our housekeeping team can provide humidifiers, DVD players and cots and other items on request. We provide a selection of different pillows in line with your preferences and any allergies.
Please contact reception for information on booking sitters.
Please note that pets (incl. dogs) are not allowed in our hotel and restaurant.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel (including in the bedrooms).
A computer and a printer with Internet access are available around the clock.
You have access to more than 100 channels from around the world on our cable television.
The hotel provides guests with a wide range of daily papers and magazines. If you cannot find the newspaper you want, simply speak to our concierge.
Front office Team
Please speak to our reception staff if you need help organising ski equipment, buying tickets for events, making lunch, reservations for the mountain restaurants or booking ski instructors or mountain guides.
We recommend Bayard Sport, Glacier Sport and Julen Sport for ski rental.
Swimming pool / gym
Our pool with whirlpool and the gym are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m..
Tennis / squash
Our guests can use the tennis courts and squash court free of charge between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.. Reservations can be made at reception. Rackets and balls are available.
You will find the massage options in the information folder in your room. Massages can be booked at reception and are available between 9 a.m. and noon and between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The saunas are open daily from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Restaurant ,Alex Grill’, ,Bodega Bacchus’ and ,Le Jardin’
The three restaurants are closed from the end of the winter season until the end of May.
Terms and conditions
Terms of business
A final reservation can only be made if we have received written confirmation by e-mail, post or fax.
Credit card details are required for reservations. Your credit card will not be charged in advance provided you comply with the terms of our cancellation policy.
All prices include service and VAT and exclude the Kurtaxe tourist tax.
Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms should be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, post or fax.
Cancellations for the winter season
1 month before scheduled arrival: free of charge; up to 15 days before: 50% of room price; less than 15 days before: 100% of room price.
Cancellation of a stay over Christmas & New Year (18 December 2022 to 6 January 2023)
Up to 6 months before scheduled arrival: free of charge, 6 to 4 weeks before: 50% of room price; less than 4 weeks before: 100% of room price.
Cancellations for the summer season
Up to 7 days before scheduled arrival: free of charge; less than 7 days before: 100% of room price.
Cots and camp beds
The Classic Junior Suites and Luxury Suites have space for 1 to 2 cots or camp beds.
Summer and winter
Children aged 0 to 9: free bed and breakfast, or half board at CHF 45
Children aged 10 to 15: bed and breakfast at CHF 80, or half board at CHF 125
16 or over: bed and breakfast at CHF 135, or half board at CHF 180
New Year: Minimum stay of 7 days required
