Everything you need to know for your stay

Reception

Our reception is staffed daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. You can also reach us via the direct-dial number indicated on your telephone. Alternatively, please ask at reception for the number.

Departure day

Check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest. We will be happy to store your luggage for you after check-out. If you are leaving before 7:00 am, we kindly ask you to settle your bill at reception by 11:00 pm the evening before.

Cleaning

Your room is serviced daily between 7:30 am and 1:30 pm. If you prefer not to be disturbed during this time, please inform reception. We will be happy to arrange for your room to be serviced after 6:30 pm instead. Our turndown service is available from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you have any special requests, such as an additional pillow, or notice anything in your room that requires attention, please contact reception by 8:30 pm.

Whirlpool

Some of our rooms feature a bathtub with a whirlpool function. To ensure a peaceful night for all our guests, the whirlpool function is available daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. After use, an automatic self-cleaning programme will start.

Laundry

We will be happy to wash your laundry within 24 hours. Please contact reception or hand your laundry directly to our housekeeping team. A laundry bag and price list can be found in your wardrobe. Items requiring dry cleaning are sent to an external dry cleaner. Please allow at least two days for this service.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Wake-Up Call

Please contact reception to arrange a wake-up call.

Smoking

In our cosy «Smokies Corner», you are welcome to enjoy a cigar or cigarette, perhaps accompanied by a fine whisky. Smoking is not permitted in any other indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is permitted on balconies and on the terrace.

Swimming pool

Our swimming pool and whirlpool are open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Bathrobes are provided in your room, and towels are available in the cupboard by the wellness entrance as well as in the swimming pool area. Children may use the indoor pool only when accompanied and supervised by an adult. Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the saunas.

Wellness

Our wellness area, featuring a sauna, steam bath, infrared seat and experience shower, is open daily from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Guests must be at least 16 years old to use these facilities. Please note that the wellness area is unsupervised and used at your own risk.

Tennis

Our tennis court is available daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Reservations can be made at reception one day in advance. Tennis rackets and balls are also available at reception.

Gym

Our fitness room is open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Solarium

The solarium is available daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Tokens can be purchased at reception. 15 minutes: CHF 20.–

Sport shops

For sports equipment and ski servicing, we recommend Julen Sport, located approximately a four-minute walk from the hotel. Their convenient overnight ski service makes things particularly easy: simply leave your skis in our ski room. Julen Sport will collect them, service them overnight and return them the following morning, ready for another day on the slopes. The cost can be charged directly to your room account.

Doctor

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact reception (Tel. 91) or use the appropriate direct-dial button on your room telephone. A list of doctors currently on duty can be found in the enclosed information.

Night porter

Our night porter is available from 11:00 pm onwards. In case of an emergency, an emergency button is located at reception.

Fire

Please read the fire safety and evacuation instructions on your room door and familiarise yourself with the designated emergency exits and escape routes.

Breakfast

Start your day with our delicious breakfast buffet, served in the breakfast room.

Summer: daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am
Winter: daily from 7:00 am to 10:30 am

Lunch and snacks are served daily from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.

Children

For our younger guests, we offer a selection of dishes from our children's menu. Meals are served from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm and in the evening from 6:00 pm onwards. For any special requests, please contact our team in advance.

Room service

Our room service menu can be found in the enclosed information. We will be happy to serve a selection of dishes in your room at the following times:

Lunch: 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Please note that the half-board menu is served exclusively in the restaurant. For room service, please choose from our room service menu.

Lounge Bar

Our Lounge Bar is open daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Relax in our welcoming atmosphere and enjoy a selection of cocktails, fine wines, cigars, whiskies and much more.

„Alex Grill"

At the «Alex Grill», our kitchen and service team will be delighted to welcome you daily from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, offering a selection of carefully prepared dishes as well as a daily changing half-board menu. Major changes to the menu may be accommodated for an additional charge. For vegetarian options, please speak to our service team.

Wine cellar

Discover our cosy wine cellar, «Bodega Bacchus». We will be delighted to reserve it exclusively for you upon request.

Conference room

Our flexible conference room can be divided into separate areas and accommodates events for up to 200 people. It is equipped with the appropriate technical facilities. We will be happy to assist you with the planning and organisation of your event.
