Pick-up service
Upon your arrival in Zermatt, our concierge will personally drive you to the hotel with our electric car. Please call us beforehand.
Room service
Room service is available from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Babysitter
Please contact the reception for information or to make a reservation.
Wifi
Wireless network is available throughout the hotel (including hotel rooms).
Daily Newspaper
The hotel provides guests with a comprehensive selection of daily newspapers and magazines. If your newspaper is not available, our concierge will be happy to organize your reading material.
Ski Service
For ski service, we recommend the experts from Bayard Sport, Glacier Sport, or Julen Sport.
Tennis / Squash
The tennis hall and squash court are available free of charge to our guests from 8 AM to 8 PM. Reservations can be made at the reception. Rackets and balls are available.
Saunas
Our saunas are open daily from 3 PM to 9 PM and are free of charge for our hotel guests.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is possible any time after 3 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11 AM at the latest on the day of departure.
Housekeeping
The housekeeping department is happy to provide you with a humidifier, as well as children's and baby beds, among other things. We offer you a selection of various pillows that are intended for your comfort or allergies.
Pets
Please note that pets (including dogs) are not allowed in our hotel and restaurant.

Our cable TV offers more than 100 channels from around the world.

Swimming Pool / Fitnesscenter
Our swimming pool with whirlpool and the fitness center are open from 7 AM to 9 PM.
Massages
The massage program can be found in the information folder in your room. Massages can be booked at the reception – massages are available from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 3 PM to 8 PM.
