From April 8th to 13th, the terrace of the <strong>Resort Hotel Alex Zermatt<\/strong> was transformed into a stage:<br>With atmospheric lunchtime concerts by <strong>Melina Nora<\/strong>, <strong>Akryl<\/strong>, <strong>JERUB<\/strong>, <strong>Ansa Sauermann<\/strong>, and <strong>Fish on the Mountain<\/strong>, as well as evening sessions in the <strong>Alex Lounge Bar<\/strong> featuring <strong>Ina Forsman<\/strong> (April 8 &amp; 9) and <strong>Lucky W\u00fcthrich<\/strong> (April 10\u201312), musical variety at the highest level was guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this special week, we were also delighted to welcome back a loyal friend of our house: <strong>Claude Rodet<\/strong>, a long-standing guest and true bon vivant with a fine sense of humour and a heart for genuine hospitality. After his departure, he sent us a personal message that truly touched us \u2014 full of charm, wit, and heartfelt appreciation. We would like to share a few of his affectionate words here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eUn grand merci pour la belle neige toute cette saison, et le magnifique temps pour le unplugged, fabuleux !!\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claude described his stay with warmth, humour, and great charm. He was especially delighted by our cuisine \u2014 &#8220;<em>excellent, but too good!<\/em>&#8221; \u2014 and jokingly asked for smaller portions. Our wine list also left a lasting impression, especially the <strong>\u201cAlex Cuv\u00e9e du Patron\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>SETTE Merlot<\/strong>, which he enjoyed so much that he jokingly suggested we should increase the prices tenfold \u2014 so that he would drink less and simultaneously support the French healthcare system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His message became a loving tribute to our entire team: To <strong>Sonia<\/strong>, for her kind emails and warm smile; to <strong>Christine<\/strong>, always helpful and cheerful; to <strong>Ren\u00e9<\/strong>, our charismatic host and &#8220;Raclette King&#8221;; to <strong>Markus<\/strong>, without whom the TV would not work \u2014 and of course to &#8220;<strong>tous, tous!!<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eBel h\u00f4tel sept \u00e9toiles !!!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such feedback means more to us than just a compliment \u2014 it is both motivation and affirmation. Dear Claude, we say <strong>merci<\/strong> for your words, your loyalty, and your zest for life. Guests like you make our house what it is. And this very feeling \u2014 to be welcome, to feel at home, and to share special moments together \u2014 is exactly what we want to offer to all our guests who find their way to us.
