If for some reason, your room is not available upon your arrival date, we will be responsible for finding you an equivalent accommodation.

We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11 a. m.

Access

Zermatt is easily reached by train from Geneva-Cointrin and Milano-Malpensa airports in approx. 3 hours, and from Zurich-Kloten airport in approx. 4 hours. Sion (Sitten), 70 km from Zermatt, is reached by plaine from different european cities. Zermatt has a heliport, which is operated by Air Zermatt.

Motorists can drive as far as Täsch, from where trains and minibus taxis operate a shuttle service the remaining 5km (3 miles) to Zermatt. Parking facilities are available in Täsch. By arrival after 8p.m. please inform the hotel.
